Kristin is a seasoned litigator with a lengthy and successful career handling both ERISA and bad faith litigation concerning disability, life, health and AD&D benefits. She has successfully tried multiple cases before juries and judges and has postured countless other cases for settlement through mediation. Kristin also has significant experience in property and casualty insurance, professional liability, labor and employment and family law litigation.
Kristin received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and Political Science with a minor in Italian from Baylor University. She also earned a specialized French linguistics certificate from the Collège de St. Joseph in Charleroi, Belgium. Ms. Kyle earned her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, cum laude, where she was an Editor for the Southwestern Law Review and a Moot Court honoree. While attending Southwestern, Kristin was an extern for the Honorable Audrey B. Collins of the Central District of California.
Kristin resides in Southern California with her husband and five children. When not practicing law, she enjoys swimming, camping, and horsing around with her children, as well as donating her time and talents to several charitable organizations. Kristin is a linguaphile, speaking four foreign languages (Spanish, French, Italian and Welsh), and loves foreign travel.
