Monica has a high success rate in recovering disability benefits for clients with a wide range of medical conditions, including spine conditions, autoimmune disorders, autonomic dysfunction, chronic migraines, mold-related illnesses, chronic fatigue syndrome, and complications resulting from surgeries and transplants.
Prior to working in the field of ERISA disability benefits, Monica advised technology industry clients on transactional matters at a boutique law firm in San Francisco. While attending Stanford Law School, Monica was an extern for Judge Lucy H. Koh in the Northern District of California. She also provided pro bono advising to Bay Area non-profits as part of a student clinic. Previously, Monica spent three years working in the legal department at Google.
After spending nearly two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Monica returned to her hometown of Los Angeles, where she currently resides with her family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, and watercolor painting.
